Processing time
Every SquishStop™ is made in small batches while we validate demand before moving into molded production. Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship at a simple flat rate, calculated at checkout.

Delivery
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll track it down or make it right.
